I used to swear by Borrello for all my private kills. The last few times have left me with a massive unvalued feeling. 1 of these times my meat was sent to the wrong butcher after which i was advised a week after when i was trying to track down my meat that they no longer deliver to my butcher and it took an aditional few days for delivery. On my most recent occasion everything went smoothly, I waited about 30 mins for the yards to be ready for my unload which is no issue. I received the invoice the next day which was much higher than the previous beast i had done. I paid this and received an additional invoice 2 days later for a higher amount, I quearied and was told i should not have received the first one.Another occasion Ive collected sheep carcasses due to butcher delivery restrictions, the initial invoice included fuel and delivery fees.Aside from this, there is a charge of $10 to retain the offal pack, yet only $4 is returned not too retain it.Since I have researched others to find they are half the price and more flexible.As I started with, this used to be a great service which is why Ive kept going back, but of late things have greatly changed somehow and customer relations only seem to be valued in their retail facility.
